WHAT DO I NEED? You will need to bring both parts of your driving licence, a recent utility bill showing your address and a credit / debit card in your name.

RATES Include maintenance, breakdown cover and insurance.  Rates do not include fuel & oil used, VAT, or insurance excess.  Rates are subject to change without notice.  Additional hours are charged at 1/6 of the daily rate.

MILEAGE CHARGES occur on rentals of 1 & 2 days only. A mileage allowance of 200 miles is given free per day, any excess miles are charged at 10p per mile inclusive of VAT.  Weekend specials and rentals of 3 days and over include unlimited mileage.

INSURANCE Cover is included in the price of the rental.  The hirer is however responsible for the first £250 of any damage (including any damage to tyres & windscreens). This is increased to £500 for Gp F & G cars, MPV & Minibuses and in the case of box vans the hirer is responsible for all damage to the box. Insurance does not cover loss or damage to goods & belongings carried in the vehicle.

WEEKEND RATES Start on Friday at 16:30 and finish on Monday at 08:30

LICENCE The driver must have at least one years experience on a full driving licence (two years if under 25).  Driving licence endorsements may affect eligibilty to hire from us. The licence must be presented at the time of hire.  If your driving licence is the new two part licence BOTH parts must be shown. A recent utility bill must also be shown.

7.5 TONNE VEHICLES Can only be rented by companies who have a current operators licence. A copy of the operators licence must be shown at the time of rental.  We cannot rent 7.5 tonne vehicles to private individuals or anyone without an operators licence.

AGE RESTRICTIONS  The minimum ages for the driver are listed as follows:
Gp A & B cars & all vans                                                             21 years
Gp C & D cars                                                                            25 years
Gp F & G cars & MPVs                                                               30 years
The maximum age for the driver of any vehicle is                            75 years.

DEPOSITS  We require £100 deposit paid on your credit / debit card on top of the hire charge as deposit at the time of rental (£250 if paid by Electron or Solo)

PAYMENTS  All vehicles must be paid for at the time of rental (including deposit).  Payments must be made by credit / debit card.

RESERVATIONS  Can be made by leaving a £30 non returnable deposit (which will be deducted from the final account).

NO SMOKING We have a “NO SMOKING” policy in all our vehicles and it is illegal to smoke in most of our vehicles.

ADMINISTRATION FEE In the event of us having to supply the relevant authorities with your details you will be charged a £20 administration fee. This is due to the ever increasing numbers of congestion charging & fixed penalty notices we are receiving.

AVAILABILITY  Whilst every effort is made to ensure you are supplied with the vehicle you reserved, due to unforeseen circumstances we may have to supply an alternative or superior model (at no extra cost).
